FACT provides comprehensive university admissions & scholarship advice as well as pre-departure and post-landing services to its students since 1998. This service is specially prepared for you after our initial consultation. Please read this carefully to understand the extent and scope of our services. The better you understand this service, the better will be the result of the process.

University Applications

1. Meeting with Parents

A meeting with Parents will be necessary where the admissions counselor from FACT will explain the entire application process and documentation requirements.

2. Submission of Forms

The student will need to submit FACT application forms which will help the counselor shortlist the universities, design recommendation letters, and help with the admission
essays.

3. Shortlisting of Universities and Applying

The student and parent will complete the university applications under the supervision of a FACT counselor.

4. Selecting from universities with Admits

Once the admission decisions of ALL universities are in hand, the counselor from FACT will meet the student and parent to guide them in selecting the right university from
available choices.

IMPORTANT POINTS

1. 1. Parents play an active role during this phase of preparation.
   2. Do not miss the meeting mentioned in Point 1 above. If you miss it, ask for its recording and please watch the recording.
   3. We keep parents meeting on most SATURDAYS to explain about the university selection process.
   4. Please note that deadlines are important. Many parents keep googling random information & keep coming up with queries, ultimately missing the scholarship deadlines. We call this paralysis of analysis. Stay away from this for your own good. Suppose FACT has selected 7 universities for you, and your “google research” results in you not
      liking 3 of them. Also, there are 4 universities you wish to apply to, which are not on FACT’s list. In that case, we will apply to all 7 of FACT’s list and all 4 from your list instead of spending time on discussions. Simple, isn’t it?

Terms and Conditions:

1. All payments are to be made by Debit Card or Credit Card
2. Parents / Guardians are requested to stay in touch.
3. Joining FACT is like joining a gym. Your performance will get results ONLY if you are regular.
4. The fees are NOT transferable.

Refund Policy

1. Within 7 Days of Enrollment – 75% of the fees.
2. Within 15 Days of Enrollment – 50% of the fees.
3. No Refund after 15 days under any circumstances

Fees Validity

• Full Package Enrollment – 2 Years
• Only Training Enrollment – 1 Year
• Only Admission consultancy and/or Visa Guidance Enrollment – 1 Year
• Full fees will be charged after the expiration of the validity of the fee to continue service.
