Our operations involve sourcing and submission of personal data of students who enroll with us and all data handled here is specifically provided to us by our client. This data is then sent to authorized recipients like universities, embassies and other institutions only after we receive a clear mandate to do so from the concerned client. The data includes

• Education records of the students
• Personal information incl. passport details, domicile details, etc.
• Tertiary information as may be necessary for securing admissions to universities.

Company Employee Policy

Each employee of FACT is expected to maintain an extremely high level of professional conduct and our HR personnel keeps a strict vigil on compliance with our confidentiality standards. New employees are briefed about our operational policies on joining and we ensure that employees who leave us don’t have access to our database upon leaving. All company data is maintained on company laptops and servers only.
